Creating your Part 4 review calendar is one of the most important aspects of your Part 4 Exam, but it can also be one of the most difficult. Studies show that the average chiropractic student spend between 100 and 250 hours over several months preparing for the NBCE P4. Below is a weekly plan we designed to make the best out of your time.
WEEK 1: Case Management: Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar
WEEK 2: Case Management: Pelvis, Lower Extremity, Upper extremity
WEEK 3: Case Management: ROM, Palpation, History
WEEK 4: Case Management: Visceral Diagnosis, Neurological Diagnosis
WEEK 5: Diagnostic Imaging: Head, Cervical, Thoracic
WEEK 6: Diagnostic Imaging: Lumbar, Pelvis, Chest and Lungs
WEEK 7: Diagnostic Imaging: Upper Extremities
WEEK 8: Diagnostic Imaging: Lower Extremities
WEEK 9: Chiropractic Technique: ALL
WEEK 10: TAKE OUR SIMULATION EXAM!! Go over sample stations.
WEEK 11: Get Results!! Active Rest.
WEEK 12: Get Results!! Study and reinforce from the feedback received on your exam.
WEEK 13: TAKE NBCE P4 EXAM.
We highly recommend you study each section by yourself and then schedule some time with a friend to practice and go over the section. Only then we recommend you move on to the next section.
